Booking a session
- Sessions (animal communication, tarot and Reiki) are available in person in Bengaluru or on video.
- Your slot is booked once I've confirmed the time and the session fee has been paid.
- I'll share payment details on WhatsApp or email. The website doesn't take payments.
- Please join video sessions from a quiet space with a stable connection.
Rescheduling & cancellation
- More than 24 hours before: reschedule or cancel free of charge. Cancellations receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: sessions can be rescheduled once. Cancellations are not refunded.
- No-shows: missed sessions without notice are not refunded or rescheduled.
- If I need to reschedule, you can pick a new slot or have a full refund.
- Joining more than 15 minutes late may shorten the session, which will end at the scheduled time.
Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
- Vouchers can be passed on to someone else. Just let me know.
Artwork, commissions & fabric painting
- A painting is reserved for you once payment is received. I'll tell you the shipping cost before you pay.
- Commissions require a 50% advance to begin, with the balance due before delivery.
- Each commission includes one round of changes at the sketch stage.
- For fabric painting, I'm not responsible for flaws in fabric you send me, and fabric I source for you is added to the price. Painted clothing is made to your design, so it can't be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged.
- Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, artworks are not returnable unless damaged in transit. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Wellbeing note
Reiki, tarot and animal communication are complementary practices. They support wellbeing and reflection and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or veterinary advice.
